During days 1 through 3 of the program be sure to drink at least 8 ounces of water with each teaspoon of Bulk Cleanse. For the rest of the program you may drink 8 ounces of water per teaspoon of Bulk Cleanse. Juice may be substituted for water to improve flavor.
The Bulk Cleanse may be taken at any time during the day. If taken before a meal the appetite will be suppressed as the Bulk Cleanse will swell within the stomach and small intestine.
