Almost everyone suffers from some sort of pancreatic disorder. Eating processed foods is one of the main causes of degeneration of the pancreas. In addition to producing insulin, the pancreas also produces its own natural bicarbonate of soda which is sent into the digestive tract to neutralize excess acids.
