Suggested Use: 20-40 drops (1/4 - 1/2 tsp.) once or twice daily, mixed with water or juice. Initial users may consider 10-20 drops the first week, then increasing the dosage. Increased dosages are safe, but may have a laxative effect.

At 1/2 tsp. per day, a 20 oz. bottle is approximately a 8 month supply.

Replace lost minerals in distilled water, or improve the flavor of deionized or reverse osmosis water by adding 40 drops of minerals to one gallon of water.
