Apple Pie
 
Core and slice enough apples to fill a pot. Cover the apples with water and cook until soft.  Depending on the amount of apples used, boil apple juice. Approximately 1 quart of apple juice to 10 quart pan of apples. Boil 3 cups of the apple juice, and blend the remaining cup with ¾ cup cornstarch. When the apple juice is boiling, pour the cornstarch mixture into the apple juice... Stir in  1 ½  cup fructose, ½ tsp. coriander, and 1 Tb. vanilla. Pour the mixture over the cooked apples, and pour into a partially baked pie shell.
 
Topping:
4 cups Granola
1 cup Soy Garden Butter Spread (softened)
3/4 cup Fructose
 
Mix together and pour on top of the apples.  Bake pies at 350* for approximately 20 minutes or golden on top.
