Brown Rice Breakfast Chews
Mix Throughly:
1 cup cooked Brown Rice, cold                        1/4 cup Raisins
2 Tab. Maple Syrup                                          1/4 cup Tapioca Flour
1/2 cup Shredded Coconut                                2 Tab. Arrowroot Flour
Preheat oven to 350*.  Drop by Tablesppon onto a lightly oiled baking sheet and flatten.  Bake 30-40 minutes, until firm and golden.  This recipe is wheat and gluten-free.
