Carob Pudding

Carob Pudding
8 cups Rice Dream Vanilla Milk                           2 tsp. Vanilla Flavor
1/2 cup Maple Syrup                                           2 cups Carob Chips
1 cup Cornstarch or Arrowroot Powder              2 1/2 cups Walnuts (optional)
Bring 6 cups rice milk to boil.  Turn down to simmer...Dissolve cornstarch in remaining 2 cups rice milk and add to heated milk.  Cook until thick, stirring constantly.  Stir in vanilla, maple syrup, carob chips and walnuts.  Refrigerate and serve.
