 Cashew Brown Rice Loaf

 
1 cup raw Cashews                                       1 Tab. Vegex
2 cups steamed Brown Rice                          1. tsp. Sea Salt
2 cups rich soy or nut milk                           1 1/2 Tb. Parsley leaves
1 large onion, chopped                                  1/2 tsp. Sage
4 slices whole grain bread (crumbled)           1/2 tsp. Celery Seed
4 Tab. Olive or Canola Oil                           1/2 tsp. Bakon Seasoning
 
 Chop nuts fine, add remaining ingredients, and mix well.  Place in covered baking dish, then put the baking dish in a pan of water and bake for 1 hour at 350*.  Putting the baking dish in a pan of water to bake makes the roast nice and moist.
