Delicious Vegan Butterscotch Pudding! ?
3/4 cup coarsley grated carrots
2 tsp. Vanilla Flavoring
2 tsp. Butterscotch Flavoring
2 tsp. Maple Flavoring
1 cup water
3 cups Soy Milk
1/4 cup cornstarch
3/4 cup oat-floured date pieces
2 Tablespoons Oil
Cook carrots in water until tender. Place in blender and add remaining ingredients. Blend on high until creamy. Pour into saucepan and cook over medium-high stirring constantly until thick. Pour into serving bowl and chill. My Grandkids really liked this!
