Make a double recipe of Scrambled Eggs, adding 1 cup chopped green peppers and 2 Tab. water to the chopped onions. When tofu is done, add 1 cup finely chopped tomatoes and 1 cup Cashew Cheese Sauce. Stir together well. Fill lightly oiled 8X8-baking dish. Bake at 350* for 45 minutes. Makes 5 ½ cups. Delicious!
