Pineapple Coconut Cookies
 
1 tub Spectrum Margarine                        4 tsp. Vanilla
2 1/2 cups Fructose                                  4 eggs (EnerG-Substitute)
8 cups Whole Wheat Flour                       2 cups Shredded Coconut
4 cups Crushed Pineapple (canned)
 
Mix well, and form into cookies.  Bake at 350* for 10-15- minutes.
