Pumpkin Raisin Cookies

Pumpkin Raisin Cookies
 
4 cups Whole Wheat Flour           2 tsp. Vanilla
1 cup mashed Pumpkin                 2 cups Fructose
1 cup oil                                       2 tsp. Corriander pwd.
2 cup Raisins                                1 cup Walnuts
1 tsp. Cardamon pwd.
 
Mix everything well, except raisins and walnuts.  Stir raisins and walnuts in after mixing.  Drop onto cookie sheets and flatten.  Bake at 350* for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
