Scrambled Eggs


 
½ cup finely chopped onions        ½ tsp. Onion powder
  ¼ cup water                                2 tsp. Nutritional Yeast
  2 Tbs. Oil                                    ¼ to ½ tsp Garlic powder
  2 cups mashed Tofu (1#)             4 tsp.

                                                  (Vegetarian Chicken Seasoning)


Saute oil and onions in skillet with water.  Then add the tofu, crumbled. Add the rest of the ingredients.  Cook on medium heat for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally
