Strawberry-Pineapple Crisp
 
Crumb Crust Topping:
8 cups Quick Oats                   1 cup Honey
1/2 cup Oil                               2 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 tsp. Salt
 
Stir together well and set aside.  In a 9X12 baking dish, place 6-8 cups of fresh or frozen strawberries.  Add 1 - 20 oz. can of Pineapple Chunks.  Pour the crumb crust topping on and pat down.  Bake at 350* for 25-30 minutes, until lightly brown on top.  Serve with Soy or Nut Milk.
