Sun Tomato Burgers

Sun Tomato Burgers

Wanted to try a new burger so I threw this together and it came out pretty good if I do say so myself! :)


Mix all the dry ingredients together:

4 cups of Quick Oats
1 cup Gluten Flour
1/2 cup Bakon Seasoning
2 tsp. Salt
3 Tablespoons Onion Powder
2 cups of Raw Sunflower Seeds
2 Tablespoons of Italian Seasoning

After you have mixed this well,  add:

1 quart of Tomatoe Sauce
1/2 cup of Water

Mix it all well, form into burgers and brown in vegetable oil in the skillet.  Great for sandwiches or as an entree for a meal.
