Texas Sheet Cake!
2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour 1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups pear or apple sauce 1 Tab. Maple Flavoring
1 tsp. Vanilla 3/4 cup Carob Powder
1/4 cup canola oil 1/2 cup Honey
2 Tab. Roma (coffee sub), mixxed in 1/2 cup water
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. In another container, mix all wet ingredients. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Mix until smooth, being careful not to over mix. Pour into greased and lightly floured 9X13 baking dish. Bake at 350* for 35-40 minutes. Frost with Maple Almond Frosting.
Maple Almond Frosting
Cream together: 1/4 cups Spectrum Canola Margarine
3 Tab. Vanilla or Soymilk
Beat in: 1/2 cup BTM (Better Than Milk) Soymilk Powder & 1/2 cup NOW Soymilk Powder.
