5 cups Whole Wheat Flour               2 1/2 cups Fructose
2 cups chopped Pecans                     1 cup oil
6 tsp. Vanillla                                    9 eggs (Use Ener-G Substitute)
 
Mix well, pat into a cookie sheet, score and back at 350* till golden brown...
