Cheddar Snack Crackersâ€¦.
6 Tab. Soy Garden Butter
½ cup shredded Daiya Cheddar Cheese (Vegan)
½ cup grated Parmesan Cheese (Vegan)
1 tsp. Dill Weed
1 tsp. Tumeric Powder
2 Tab. water
1 ¼ cup Whole Wheat Flour
Preheat oven to 350*. Mix Butter, cheeses, dill, tumeric and water on medium speed of electric mixer 30 seconds or until well blended. Add flour, mix on low speed just until flour is incorporated and dough pulls away from the side of the bowl. If dough seems dry, add 1 Tab. water.
Roll out on Cookie Sheet pans, roll to about ¼ inch and score into crackers.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
