Really Good Cheezy Crackers
Adapted from Tasty Vegan Delights
Mix Well:
1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1 cup oat flour (you can blend quick oats in your blender to make oat flour)
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/2 cup Nutritional Yeast Flakes (NOT BREWERS YEAST)
Blend in Blender:
1/2 cup Vegetable oil
1/2 cold water
Add the liquid to dry ingredients and mix well. Roll between wax paper to cracker thickness. Pell off the tap layer of the wax paper. Place dough side down ona nonstick cookie sheet. Peel the wax paper off the dough. Cut the dough into squares and prick them with a fork. Back at 375* for 10-15 minutes, depending on thickness.
