Healthy Sweetners

I am a big believer in HONEY...I think it is the most healthy of all the natural sweeteners.  You know, the Bible tells us that the diet of John the Baptist consisted of locusts and wild honey - "And the same John had his raiment of camel's hair, and a leathern girdle about his loins; and his meat was locusts and wild honey."  Matthew 3:4.  The locusts was CAROB, not the crawling bugs...  Honey is very nutritious!
