Homemade Vegan Sausage

1/2 cup cooked Navy Beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup Vegetable Broth
1 Tab. Olive Oil
1 1/4 cup Vital Wheat Gluten Flour
2 Garlic Cloves
2 Tab. Bragg's Liquid Aminos (or Soy Sauce)
1/4 cup Nutritional  Yeast Flakes
2 tsp. Fennel Seeds, crushed
1 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
1 tsp. Sweet Paprika
1 tsp. Dried Oregano

First, put all ingredients in the blender, except the gluten flour.  You can use Great Northern Beans or any other canned bean as well, if you don't have Navy Beans.  Blend well and then pour into a big bowl and add the Gluten Flour.  Mix well.  Leet it sit for at least 30 minutes (can sit overnight in the frig),. Start shaping the dough into sausages. Tear off sheets of Saran Wrap, and roll the Sausages, one in each sheet of Saran Wrap, up like a Tootsie Roll, twist both ends of the roll...  Then put them in a STEAMER, and steam them for 45 minutes. I use a JUICER I have for the steamer and it works perfect.  I TRIPLED the recipe, TWICE, so made a 6X batch...They freeeze very well..  You will love them!
