Millet & Pumpkin Seed Patties
4 cups Steamed Millet 3 Tab. oil
1 cup Steamed Brown Rice 1 tsp. Sea Salt
1 cup Ground Raw Pumpkin Seeds 2 tsp. Onion Powder
1/4 cup Almond Butter 1 tsp. Sage Leaf Powder
1/4 cup Wheat Gluten Flour
Mix all ingredients together well. Form into patties and brown in skillet in small amount of oil. Can be baked in the oven if preferred. If wheat gluten flour is not used, this recipe would be wheat & gluten FREE, however, they would be quite crumbly if the gluten flour is not used. Good served with gravy.
