Oat Burgers

Oat Burgers

4 cups water
             ½ cup of Bragg’s Liquid Aminos or Soy Sauce
             ¼ cup Nutritional Yeast Flakes
             2 Tab. Canola Oil
             1 Tab. Flaxseed Meal
             1 Tab. Dried Sweet Basil
             2 tsp. Garlic Powder
             2 tsp. Onion Powder
             1 tsp. Bakon Seasoning
             1 tsp. Coriander ground
             1 tsp. Sage – ground
             1 cup Walnuts, finely chopped
             4 cups Rolled Oats

1.                    Place a 2 quart pan on a burner over medium heat and ad the ingredients in the given order except the rolled oats.

2.                    Bring the water to a slow boil, quickly stir in rolled oats and immediately remove from heat. Cover and set aside to cool.

3.                    Preheat oven to 350*

4.                    Form oat mixture into ¾ inch patties and place on oiled baking sheets.

5.                    Bake for 20 minutes on each side…
Make a batch up and freeze some for when you need something quick!
