Really Good Oatmeal Waffles!
Simple & Delicious - Serves 8-10
7 cups Quick Oats
7 Cups Soy Milk
2 Tab. Oil
2 tsp. Sea Salt
Mix in the order given with a spoon. Let stand overnight before baking (or until thick). We make our batter the night before and let it stand in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning the batter is thick (oats have soaked up the milk). Whiz 2-3 cups at a time in a blender til smooth, diluting if necessary. Pour into hot waffle iron and bake 7-10 Min.
