Whole Grain Vegan Spritz Cookies

Classic Whole Grain Vegan Spritz Cookies


1 ½ cups Soy Garden Butter

1 cup Fructose

1 Tab. ground flaxseed

2 Tab. water

1 tsp. Vanilla

3 ½ cups whole wheat flour


Preheat oven to 375*. Mix butter and fructose in bowl. In small bowl, put ground flaxseed and water, stir, let sit 2 minutes, then add to the butter and fructose. Add Vanilla, beat well. Add flour, 1 cup at a time, mix well. Dough will be soft, do not refrigerate.


Fill Cookie Press, fitted with disk of your choice, with dough. Press dough onto flat baking sheet, 1 inch apart. Decorate cookies if desired.


Bake 8-10 minutes or until firm but not brown. Cool 2 minutes then remove to cooling rack.
